  • Access to a multitude of services with Santéclair (1) (for health contracts only): your clients' employees benefit from the services of more than 7,000 Santéclair partner healthcare professionals, negotiated rates up to 40% lower than average market prices (2), third-party payment (3) and many other services.
  • Fidélia's support services (4): your customers receive support during difficult times with services ranging from medication delivery to psychological support, home help following hospitalisation, and help for carers.
  • Social action schemes (5): providing personalised assistance to employees facing difficult professional or personal situations. The aim is to support, prevent, and avoid breakdowns. On the one hand, the "MMA Soutien" service offered by Domplus (6) allows employees to contact an advisor who will provide advice and assistance in finding concrete solutions to their problems. They can also consult the website for information and factsheets. In case of financial difficulties, they can apply to the MMA solidarity and mutual aid fund for exceptional, one-off financial assistance.
  • A return-to-work support service for employees who are off work for a long period of time : if the situation allows it, this service contributes to a more serene and lasting return to work for fragile employees and reduced absenteeism in the company.

  • Team-metrics: an automated solution for measuring the social climate in companies through online employee surveys.
     
  • Medica Europe: a medical check-up service to better monitor employee absences and effectively combat absenteeism.
     
  • Crésus: an assistance and advice service for company employees who encounter financial difficulties such as over-indebtedness, exclusion from the bank or problems in maintaining a balanced budget.
     
  • Simplifia: assistance in organising funerals for employees and their relatives (spouse, children, and parents of the employee).
